DO是影響生物脫硫效果的一個重要因素。試驗發現在不同的硫化物負荷下,反應器內都存在一個DO值。此時,反應器對硫化物的去除率比較高(90%以上),絕大部分S2-轉化為S0,基本不生成SO42-。因此,認為DO值與硫化物負荷有關,二者成線性關系。

Buisman等用3種反應器:完全混合反應器(CSTR)、旋轉反應器及上流式反應器,研究無色硫細菌脫硫的適用性。在硫化物出水濃度低于2mg/L的條件下,3種反應器的去除率分別是:2.4、10、11kg/m3·d,3種反應器所需的停留時間分別為:35、10、13min。
Buisman et al. studied the applicability of colorless sulfur bacteria desulfurization by using three kinds of reactors: complete mixing reactor (CSTR), rotating reactor and upflow reactor. Under the condition that the sulfide effluent concentration is less than 2 mg/L, the removal rates of the three reactors are 2.4, 10, 11 kg/m3.d, and the residence time of the three reactors are 35, 10 and 13 minutes, respectively.

能否在高硫化物負荷下保持較好的脫硫效果,是衡量脫硫反應器的一個重要指標。硫化物容積負荷越高,微生物脫硫反應器越能保持良好的運行效果,且不易發生出水中SO42-濃度升高的現象,運行條件易于控制,運行效果較為穩定。
Whether the desulfurization effect can be maintained under high sulfide load is an important index to measure the desulfurization reactor. The higher the sulfide volume load, the better the microbial desulfurization reactor can maintain good operation effect, and it is not easy to increase SO42 - concentration in effluent.
