系統(tǒng)描繪
System description
煙氣系統(tǒng):煙氣系統(tǒng)的主要功用是將由鍋爐側(cè)主煙道內(nèi)的原煙氣引入吸收塔,脫硫凈化后的凈煙氣引入煙囪排放。
Flue gas system: the main function of the flue gas system is to introduce the raw flue gas from the main flue at the boiler side into the absorption tower, and the net flue gas after desulfurization and purification is introduced into the chimney for discharge.
吸收塔系統(tǒng):煙氣從吸收塔中下側(cè)進(jìn)入與上側(cè)噴淋的石灰石漿液逆流接觸,在塔內(nèi)停止化學(xué)反響,對(duì)落入吸收塔漿池的反響物再停止氧化反響,得到脫硫副產(chǎn)品二水石膏。經(jīng)吸收劑洗濯脫硫后的清潔煙氣,經(jīng)過除霧器除去霧滴后由吸收塔上側(cè)引出,排入煙囪。
Absorption tower system: the flue gas enters from the lower side of the absorption tower and contacts with the limestone slurry sprayed on the upper side countercurrent, stops the chemical reaction in the tower, and stops the oxidation reaction on the reactants falling into the slurry pool of the absorption tower, so as to obtain the desulfurization by-product dihydrate gypsum. The clean flue gas washed with absorbent and desulfurized is led out from the upper side of the absorption tower and discharged into the chimney after the mist drops are removed by the demister.
石灰石漿液制備系統(tǒng):粒徑為325目(經(jīng)過率大于90%)的石灰石粉由汽車泵送入石灰石粉倉,再經(jīng)星形給料機(jī)由螺旋稱重給料機(jī)保送到石灰石漿液箱內(nèi),在石灰石漿液箱中加水制成約20-30%的石灰石漿液,然后經(jīng)石灰石漿液泵送*吸收塔。
Limestone slurry preparation system: limestone powder with a particle size of 325 mesh (passing rate greater than 90%) is pumped into the limestone powder silo by the car, and then transported to the limestone slurry tank by the spiral weighing feeder through the star feeder. Water is added into the limestone slurry tank to make about 20-30% limestone slurry, and then pumped to the absorption tower through the limestone slurry.

The system is equipped with two steel limestone powder silos. The total capacity of the silos is designed according to the limestone powder consumption of two boilers operating for 3 days under BMCR working condition, and the effective volume is 2*1100m3. Each limestone powder bin is equipped with two discharge ports, each corresponding to a star feeder and a spiral weighing feeder.
石灰石漿液箱的有效容積滿足兩臺(tái)鍋爐BMCR工況下6小時(shí)用量,有效容積為2*300m3。共設(shè)四臺(tái)石灰石漿液泵,每個(gè)吸收塔兩臺(tái),一運(yùn)一備。兩漿液箱間設(shè)聯(lián)絡(luò)管兩側(cè)制漿系統(tǒng)可互為備用。
The effective volume of limestone slurry tank meets the 6-hour consumption of two boilers under BMCR working condition, and the effective volume is 2*300m3. There are four limestone slurry pumps, two for each absorption tower, one for operation and one for standby. A connecting pipe is set between the two slurry tanks, and the pulping systems on both sides can be standby for each other.
工藝水系統(tǒng):工藝水系統(tǒng)能滿足FGD安裝正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和事故工況下脫硫工藝系統(tǒng)的用水。工藝水系統(tǒng)可向下列設(shè)備供水:
Process water system: the process water system can meet the water consumption of FGD process system under normal operation and accident conditions of FGD installation. The process water system can supply water to the following equipment:

工藝水系統(tǒng)為母管制,2臺(tái)爐脫硫公用;工藝水泵按2*100%容量設(shè)計(jì),除霧器沖洗水泵按3*100%容量設(shè)計(jì)。工藝水系統(tǒng)母管和除霧器沖洗水母管之間設(shè)有手動(dòng)聯(lián)絡(luò)門,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)開啟進(jìn)步了系統(tǒng)用水牢靠性。

A manual connection door is set between the main pipe of the process water system and the flushing water main pipe of the demister, which is opened during operation to improve the reliability of the water used in the system.
石膏脫水及儲(chǔ)存系統(tǒng):吸收塔內(nèi)的石膏漿液經(jīng)過石膏漿液排出泵送入石膏漿液旋流器濃縮,濃縮后的石膏漿液自流***真空皮帶脫水機(jī)停止脫水。脫水后外表含水率小于10%,純度達(dá)90%以上的石膏送入石膏堆料間儲(chǔ)存外運(yùn)。
Gypsum dehydration and storage system: the gypsum slurry in the absorption tower is sent to the gypsum slurry cyclone for concentration through the gypsum slurry discharge pump, and the concentrated gypsum slurry flows by itself * * * the vacuum belt dehydrator stops dehydration. After dehydration, gypsum with a moisture content of less than 10% and a purity of more than 90% is sent to the gypsum stacking room for storage and outward transportation.
